Our Beginnings

Schroeder Legacy Lawn Care began as an idea between a father & son to one day run a lawn care business together. The plan was to start once Dad retired from his main job of almost 40 years. Both looked forward to working together, and being as close as they had been in the past.

As we all know, life can get in the way of even the best laid plans, which is exactly what happened for this father & son duo. Unfortunately, on July 3rd, 2021, Mr. Schroeder, (the father in our father-son team), passed away unexpectedly. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as a son and daughter. He left behind his loving wife, Kathy, and his son, Kyle.

David Schroeder was a hard-working man up until the very end. He worked 60+ hour weeks at his job at Ferguson-Veresh, where he had been for almost 40 years.
